It’s not about figuring everything out. It’s about understanding what keeps pulling you back into the same patterns.
I work with teens, young adults, and families who feel like something needs to change, who don’t want to keep handling everything on their own, and want to better understand themselves and their relationships.
We take a closer look at what’s going on and work through it in a way that you can feel outside of the room, not just understand in the moment.

About Me
I’ve worked across private practice, outpatient, and residential settings, which has helped me understand how to work with clients across a range of needs and levels of support. More than anything, I think feeling understood is one of the most important parts of therapy, and something I care deeply about in my work. I’m invested in my clients and in helping the work actually lead to real change.

Kincove
Kincove came from wanting a space that feels different from the typical therapy office. We take a more integrated approach, looking at the whole system and building a plan that supports what’s needed now while also helping prevent things from escalating.
Over time, ideally it becomes more than just a place for sessions, it’s a space where connection and a sense of community can develop.

Services
I work with teens, young adults, and families through individual, family, and group therapy, along with neurofeedback. The work is tailored to what’s actually going on, whether that’s anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship dynamics, identity, or feeling stuck in something that doesn’t quite make sense but keeps showing up.
Change happens when you understand what’s underneath your reactions, process it, and get clear on what you actually want, so you can begin to show up differently.
About My Work
My Approach
My work integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and behavioral approaches, family systems work, and neurobiologically informed care.
I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety that can feel constant or hard to explain, past experiences that still show up in the present, identity and sense of self, perfectionism, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity and experiences, substance use, and complex relational dynamics and experiences.
How I Work
I tend to notice the things that aren’t always said directly, how something comes up, where you pause, and what starts to shift as you talk through something more fully.
Sometimes it’s less about the story itself and more about what’s happening underneath it.
I’ll point out patterns I’m seeing, ask questions that might shift how you’re looking at something, and help you process it in a way that actually leads to change.
At the same time, I’m not trying to push you somewhere you’re not ready to go, we move at a pace that feels manageable, because the kind of change that lasts doesn’t come from forcing it.
Where I Practice
I work at Kincove, a therapy practice in Los Angeles on Pico-Robertson, where I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
I’ve found that where you are really impacts how open and comfortable you can be, so we designed the space to feel calm and comforting, and over time, like a place where you can feel connected not just to yourself and the work, but to the community we’ve created too.
