Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow things down and understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
A lot of the work involves looking at patterns, reactions, and the ways certain experiences continue to show up, and figuring out how to work with them differently.
Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on how people are interacting, how communication is happening, and where things tend to break down or repeat.
Everyone plays a role in the system, and the work is about understanding how those roles show up and what needs to shift to create a healthier dynamic.
The goal isn’t to assign blame, but to understand what’s going on and make changes that strengthen connection and help relationships feel more secure.
Group Therapy
Group therapy creates a space to see how things show up in real time with other people.
It often brings up patterns that might be harder to notice one-on-one, and gives the opportunity to practice showing up differently in a more immediate and relational way.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a way of working with the brain more directly, helping it regulate and function more efficiently.
It can be especially helpful for things like anxiety, focus, and emotional reactivity, and is often used alongside therapy to support more lasting change.
